Shawn Oddo is the owner and operator of Valhalla Training Grounds, the first private, hard-core, 24 hour facility in the state. He’s from Metairie Louisiana, been in the fitness industry and a competitive bodybuilder for 21 years. He developed a vision and brought it to life five years ago when he opened Valhalla. Recently, he moved Valhalla to a new and bigger location. He's committed to continually building his business and helping people achieve goals they never thought possible by spreading the mentality, values, and traits needed to continually grow in life.
